Staff Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Assessment & Care: Conduct assessments, identify needs, monitor progress, and provide direct care (bathing, feeding, comfort).
• Medication & Treatment: Administer medications (pills, injections, infusions) and treatments as prescribed.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, detailed patient records and chart vital signs (temp, pulse, BP).
• Collaboration: Work with doctors, other nurses, and staff to coordinate care.
• Procedures: Assist doctors in procedures, perform simple diagnostics, and handle admission/discharge processes.
• Environment: Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
