Store Manager

We are looking for a Store Manager to handle day-to-day activities at our stationery, gift, and printing shop. The role involves customer handling, printing services, basic shop operations, and stock assistance.

The ideal candidate should be polite, honest, responsible, and willing to learn, with a customer-friendly attitude. Prior experience is helpful but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle sales and maintain daily sales records
• Operate printer and basic computer functions for printing work
• Stationery, gift items, toys, and related products
• Share end-of-day sales summary with the owner
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and overall appearance of the store
• Assist with stock handling, arranging items, and informing about low stock
• Handle customer queries politely and professionally
• Support daily shop opening and closing routines

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass
• Willingness to learn
• Basic computer knowledge (file handling, printing, simple operations)
• Honest, punctual, and reliable

Working Days & Timings

• Days: Monday to Saturday
• Timings: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month (depending on experience)
• Incentives / performance bonuses applicable
