Superstore Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Superstore Manager to lead and manage our dark stores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the store’s operations, including managing staff, inventory, inbound, outbound, returns, and warehouse performance. The Superstore Manager will ensure the store provides excellent customer service, achieves targets, and maintains an efficient and profitable operation.  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Store Manager, Superstore Manager, or in a similar retail management role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a large team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of inventory management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software
