We are looking for reliable and experienced Site Supervisors to support our on-site execution for the Jal Nigam water supply project in Unnao. This role involves supervising pipeline laying, jointing, and hydro testing, and ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination at the work site.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience in government pipeline projects (such as JJM or Jal Nigam) and know how to manage labor teams and on-site tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily activities like trenching, pipe laying, jointing, and backfilling
• Supervise and guide labor teams to ensure quality and timely execution
• Coordinate with engineers and site managers for instructions and materials
• Maintain basic records: daily progress, joint logs, site checklists
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of the work area
• Report site challenges, material needs, and progress updates regularly

Requirements:

• Experience with HDPE, DI, or uPVC pipeline works
• Prior exposure to Jal Nigam/JJM or water infra projects preferred
• Capable of managing labor and site discipline
• Basic ability to read/write and follow instructions
• Full-time availability at the Unnao project site

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month

Candidates with strong hands-on experience may be considered for a higher package after the interview.
