Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to join our Lucknow branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates — particularly in SAP and IT domains — while collaborating closely with department heads and HR leadership.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for SAP, IT, and Non-IT roles.
• Develop job descriptions and post openings across various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Source candidates using job portals, social media, AI tools, and professional networks.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth communication.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and dashboards using Excel and internal HR systems.
• Support HR team in onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future needs.
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in HR, Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the IT or SAP hiring domain.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good proficiency in MS Excel for tracking and reporting.
• Familiarity with AI recruitment tools, LinkedIn sourcing, and applicant databases.
• Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
