Data entry in Tally for Sales, Purchase, Payment, Receipt & other vouchers

Basic accounting entries and regular ledger updates

Maintaining hard copy files for Sales / Purchase / Expense / Other vouchers

Managing stock entry in Tally (inward & outward)

Preparing salary sheets and assisting in payroll

Maintaining and updating attendance records

Creating bills/invoices for parties

Coordinating with parties for order management and follow-ups

Placing purchase orders with vendors as per requirement

Ensuring timely availability of raw materials for production

Tracking material consumption and reporting shortages

Coordinating with the production team for daily requirements

Supporting day-to-day office and accounting activities

Ensuring accuracy, timely entry, and proper documentation

Assisting in general administrative and operational support
