Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Tally & Finance Trainer who can teach the following tools and skills:

Tally Prime, MS Office, Advanced Excel, Power BI, GST, ITR Filing, Other accounting & office management tools

The candidate must possess good communication skills, subject knowledge, and the ability to deliver effective training to students.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions on Tally Prime, MS Office, Power BI, Advanced Excel, GST, ITR Filing, and related tools.

Prepare training materials, lesson plans, practical assignments, and assessments.

Deliver clear, engaging, and practical-oriented training to students.

Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback and support.

Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.

Stay updated with industry trends, software updates, and new tools.

Ensure a professional learning environment and address student queries effectively.

Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams for smooth training operations.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Management, Computer Applications, or a related field.

· Certification or practical training in Tally Prime, MS Office, Advanced Excel, Power BI, GST, and ITR filing (preferred).

· Strong understanding of accounting concepts and office-management tools.

· Prior experience in training or teaching is an advantage (freshers with strong skills may also apply).

· Good communication, presentation, and classroom-management skills.

· Ability to create structured training content and deliver practical, hands-on sessions.

· Ability to handle student queries and provide clear guidance.
