Shift: Rotational Shifts (24/7 environment)

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results‑driven Team Lead E‑Commerce Process to manage daily operations, lead a team of associates, and ensure service delivery excellence in a fast‑paced e‑commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of associates handling e‑commerce operations (order management, customer support, returns, logistics, etc.)
• Monitor daily performance, productivity, quality, and SLA adherence
• Conduct team briefings, shift handovers, and performance reviews
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer or process issues
• Prepare and share daily/weekly MIS and performance reports
• Support training, onboarding, and team development initiatives
• Collaborate with QA, Workforce, and Training teams to meet business targets
• Ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience as Team Lead in an e‑commerce or BPO process
• Strong people management and stakeholder coordination skills
• Good knowledge of KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts
• Proficient in MS Excel, reporting, and basic data analysis

Preferred Skills

• Experience in voice / non‑voice / blended e‑commerce processes
• Hands‑on experience with order management systems or CRM tools
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Handeling shrinkage and attration.
