Job Title: Team Leader (TL)

Department: Operations / Sales / Customer Support

Location: Lucknow

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 1–2 years in a similar role

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Team Leader to manage and guide a team towards achieving business goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring team productivity, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and support.
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.
• Prepare and maintain performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Coordinate with management to align team goals with company objectives.
