Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and technically sound Site Engineer to oversee solar system installations and provide on-site support. The candidate will play a key role in project execution, site supervision, customer handling, and ensuring timely and quality completion of solar projects.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Supervise and execute the installation of solar systems (on-grid/off-grid).

·        Coordinate with the project manager, vendors, and installation team.

·        Ensure adherence to safety protocols and installation quality standards.

·        Handle customer queries and complaints during and after installation.

·        Provide technical support for system troubleshooting and maintenance.

·        Ensure timely project completion as per the company schedule.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·        Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, (preferred).

·        Basic knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and wiring.

·        Strong communication and customer handling skills.
