Job Description
Make outbound calls to prospective customers for loan product (personal loan, home loan, overdraft, credit card etc.)
• Explain loan features eligibility criteria, interest rate and required documentation.
• Handle inbound quarries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain and update customer records in the system.
• Follow-up with customers on documentation and loan application status.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve business goals.
