Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Female Telecaller / CRM Executive with prior experience and strong communication skills in Hindi and English. The ideal candidate should be career-oriented and eager to grow in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

Communicate property details clearly to prospective clients

Schedule and coordinate site visit appointments

Maintain and update customer records in CRM

Perform regular follow-ups with leads and existing clients

Coordinate with the sales team for smooth closures

Build long-term relationships with customers

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Telecaller / CRM Executive (Real Estate experience preferred)

Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi & English

Polite, confident, and customer-friendly personality

Ability to understand customer needs and present solutions

Basic computer and CRM knowledge

Goal-oriented with a positive learning attitude
