Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹15000 per month

​📌 Job Overview:

​We are looking for an enthusiastic and polite Telecaller to join our team. Your main role will be to communicate with residents, handle inquiries, and ensure smooth information flow regarding society activities and maintenance collections.

​🛠 Key Responsibilities:

​Outbound Calling: Calling residents for maintenance bill reminders and society updates.

​Inbound Handling: Receiving calls from residents regarding complaints or service requests.

​Database Management: Updating call logs and resident feedback in MS Excel.

​Coordination: Forwarding urgent complaints to the society supervisor or manager.

​Feedback Collection: Taking surveys or feedback from residents about society facilities.

​Documentation: Maintaining a daily report of calls made and issues resolved.

​✅ Requirements & Skills:

​Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).

​Languages: Fluent in Hindi and [Local Language]. Basic English is a plus.

​Communication: Excellent verbal communication and a friendly, professional tone.

​Soft Skills: Ability to handle difficult conversations or complaints with patience.

​Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and smartphone apps.

​Experience: 0-2 years
