Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Reaching out to potential and existing customers to promote products, services, or scheduled appointments..
• Support Answering customer calls, addressing inquiries, and providing solutions to queries.
• Sales Conversion: Following up on leads to convert prospects into customers and achieving set sales targets.
• Database Management Maintaining accurate, updated records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales in the company database.
• Script Adherence: Adhering to professional, company-approved scripts
•  Accurately record customer details, purchase, and feedback in the CRM system
• Follow-Ups: Call potential leads to convert them into active customers
