Telecaller

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers/leads as per data provided
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Explain company products/services clearly and confidently
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain call records
• Resolve basic customer queries and escalate when required
• Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
• Maintain professional and polite communication at all times
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Good communication skills (local language + basic English preferred)
• Ability to convince and handle customer objections
• Basic knowledge of computer and calling systems
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Preferred:Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support
