Job Description
- Telecaller Executive – Roles & Responsibilities (Solar Industry)Make outbound calls to potential customers for solar product promotion.
- Explain solar system benefits, government subsidies, and company services.
- Generate leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain customer data, follow up on inquiries, and ensure timely responses.
- Coordinate with sales/technical teams for updates and closures.
- Achieve daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
- Provide basic information on solar panels, installations, and pricing.
- Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer service.
