📞 Job Description:

Samridhi Software is looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude to engage with clients over the phone.

🧩 Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
• Explain company products and services clearly and persuasively.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain call records and follow up with interested customers.
• Work closely with the sales and support teams to achieve targets.

🎯 Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.
• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi (English will be an advantage).
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred, but not mandatory.

⏰ Working Hours:

• Full-time (Day shift)
• 6 days a week
