Role Overview:A Telecaller is responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services, answer queries, generate sales leads, and maintain customer relationships.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound/inbound calls to customers.
• Explain products or services and answer customer questions.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales (if applicable).
• Maintain customer records and update information in the database.
• Follow up with customers for feedback or pending inquiries.
• Meet daily/weekly calling and target goals.
• Provide excellent customer service.
