Normally telecaller salary ranges between ₹15,000 – ₹20,000,

but at Cosmo Connect your payout depends on your skills, experience, and performance.

Full-Time / Fixed Telecaller Employees

✔ Will receive leads from the company for calling

Part-Time Telecallers

❌ Will NOT receive company-provided leads

✔ Company will guide where and how to generate leads
