Job Description



Aureva Water is looking for energetic and target-driven sales professionals for Retail Sales, B2B Sales, Telecalling, Lead Generation, and Cold Calling to expand our FMCG packaged drinking water business across retail outlets, corporate clients, institutions, and distributors.





Key Responsibilities




Retail & B2B Sales



  • Develop and expand retail network including kirana stores, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, cafés, offices, gyms, schools, hospitals, and event organizers.
  • Identify and onboard new B2B clients, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Promote Aureva Water products and close sales orders.
  • Maintain healthy relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market visits and collect competitor & pricing information.




Telecalling & Lead Generation



  • Make outbound calls to potential retail and B2B customers.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and referrals.
  • Fix appointments for field sales team and coordinate closures.
  • Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and conversions.
  • Follow up on enquiries received through phone, WhatsApp, or marketing campaigns.




Cold Calling



  • Contact new prospects using provided databases or self-generated leads.
  • Clearly explain product benefits, pricing, and supply capabilities.
  • Convert prospects into active customers.




Reporting & Coordination



  • Prepare daily sales and call reports.
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations team for smooth delivery.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve basic complaints.






Required Skills & Qualifications



  • Minimum 10th / 12th / Graduate (any stream).
  • Experience in FMCG sales, packaged drinking water, beverages, or retail sales preferred.
  • Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English basic).
  • Ability to convince customers and close deals.
  • Familiar with telecalling, CRM basics, or Excel (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel locally for field sales.






Experience



  • 0–3 years (Freshers can apply for telecalling & junior sales roles).
