Telecaller

Job Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our digital marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential clients, and promoting digital marketing services such as SEO, social media marketing, website development, and paid advertising.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain digital marketing services
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable marketing solutions
• Fix appointments or meetings for the sales team
• Maintain a database of leads and update CRM regularly
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Handle client queries and provide accurate information about services
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales team for conversions
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in any field (Marketing preferred)
• Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi & English)
• Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, SMO, Google Ads, etc.)
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
• Preferred Skills:Experience in telecalling or sales (especially in digital marketing)
• Knowledge of lead generation platforms
