Job Description

​We are looking for a persuasive and disciplined Telecaller to join our sales team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, briefing them on our residential and commercial projects, and scheduling site visits for our sales managers.

Key Responsibilities

​Lead Management: Call prospective clients from provided databases (Facebook leads, property portals, walk-ins).

​Project Briefing: Clearly explain project USPs, including location advantages, amenities, pricing, and payment plans.

​Appointment Setting: The core KRA (Key Result Area) is to convince leads to visit the project site or office.

​Follow-ups: Maintain a rigorous follow-up schedule with "hot" and "warm" leads who haven't committed to a visit yet.

​CRM Maintenance: Accurately update the Lead Management System (CRM) with call statuses, customer remarks, and scheduled meeting dates.

​Market Awareness: Stay updated on competitor projects in areas like Gomti Nagar, Sushant Golf City, or extension areas to handle counter-objections.
