🎯 Role Overview

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound communication via voice and chat. You’ll play a key role in engaging with potential patients, answering queries, booking appointments, and ensuring a smooth communication experience.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Handle leads per day through calls and chat (WhatsApp, website, etc.)
• Attend inbound inquiries and follow up on outbound leads
• Provide accurate information about dental services, treatments, and offers
• Schedule appointments and maintain lead tracking records
• Build rapport with patients and ensure high-quality service
• Coordinate with the front desk and dental team for smooth patient flow
• Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or healthcare support (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
• Proficient in Hindi and basic English
• Comfortable with both voice and chat-based communication
• Basic computer skills (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-friendly attitude
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
