Telecaller

Job Summary ; We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecaller to promote and generate leads for solar energy products. The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining solar solutions, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

• Key Responsibilities : Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or databases
• Explain solar products and services (solar panels, rooftop systems, subsidies, etc.) in a simple and convincing way
• Identify customer needs and generate qualified leads
• Schedule site visits or appointments for the sales team
• Maintain accurate call records and customer information
• Follow up with interested customers to move them through the sales process
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets
