VR Builders and Developers is looking for confident and energetic Telecallers to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and provide information about our residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound inquiries
• Explain company projects, property details, pricing, and offers clearly
• Generate and follow up on leads for site visits and bookings
• Maintain daily call records and customer data
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion
• Resolve customer queries professionally and politely
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
