Telecaller

We are looking for a dedicated Telecaller to join our team in the taxation and compliance field. Your role will be to connect with leads, explain services like GST, ITR, and company registration, and convert them into clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads and clients for ITR, GST, MSME, and other tax-related services.
• Explain our services clearly and professionally.
• Follow up on previous calls and inquiries.
• Maintain call logs, lead sheets, and update CRM/Excel reports.
• Handle basic client queries or route them to the concerned team.
• Coordinate with the accounts and compliance teams to track client onboarding.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and polite behavior
• Basic understanding of taxation terms (GST/ITR)
• Confidence and convincing power
• Familiarity with Excel or WhatsApp Business
