Telecaller

We are looking for a female Telecaller who can handle outbound sales calls, follow-up calls, feedback calls, and review collection for both our hotel and laundry business. The role includes approaching travel agencies, corporates, hotels, local businesses, and existing customers to generate bookings, orders, repeat business, and positive reviews.

Key Responsibilities

Hotel Sales & Guest Calling

• Call travel agencies, tour operators, corporates, institutions, and local businesses to generate room bookings and banquet enquiries.

• Explain hotel room categories, banquet facilities, offers, and pricing in a professional manner.

• Follow up with leads regularly to improve direct bookings, repeat stays, and event enquiries.

• Call past guests after their stay to collect feedback about service quality and overall experience.

• Request satisfied guests to post Google reviews and platform reviews wherever applicable.

Laundry Sales & Customer Calling

• Call existing customers to ask about service quality, garment care, pickup/drop experience, and delivery satisfaction.

• Encourage happy customers to post Google reviews and recommend the service to others.

• Call potential customers such as households, PGs, hostels, offices, salons, spas, gyms, clinics, and nearby businesses.

• Follow up with inactive or old customers to generate repeat orders and improve retention.

• Explain laundry services, pricing, pickup/drop facility, subscription plans, and current offers.

Additional Duties

• Maintain daily calling records including leads, responses, follow-ups, conversions, complaints, and customer feedback.

• Coordinate with hotel front office and laundry operations team for enquiry handling and service updates.

• Share daily or weekly performance reports with management.

• Handle customer objections politely and escalate serious issues to seniors on time.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Hindi; basic spoken English preferred.

• Confident, polite, and professional calling style.

• Good convincing, follow-up, and customer handling ability.

• Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, or CRM-style record keeping.

• Target-oriented attitude with discipline in reporting and follow-up.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Female candidate preferred for this role.

• 12th pass or graduate; experience in telecalling, customer support, hotel reservations, or service sales will be preferred.

• Freshers with strong communication and confidence can also apply.

• Candidate should be comfortable making a high volume of daily calls.
