Job Description: We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to join our team at 88studiolko.com, a creative digital education platform based in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients over the phone, promoting our services, handling inquiries, and scheduling meetings with interested leads.

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.

• Explain the company’s services in a clear and convincing manner.
• Understand customer needs and generate interest in our offerings.
• Maintain a daily call log and follow up with leads systematically.
• Handle queries and provide accurate information over the phone.
• Maintain customer information and update CRM or call records accurately.

Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or telesales is a plus.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel.)
• Polite, persuasive, and target-oriented.
• Must be punctual, organized, and self-motivated.
