Telecaller – Job DescriptionRole Overview:

A Telecaller is responsible for communicating with potential and existing customers over phone calls to promote products/services, generate leads, and support business growth.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services
• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries professionally
• Generate and qualify leads through effective communication
• Maintain and update customer databases and call records
• Follow up with clients for conversions and relationship building
• Meet daily/weekly call and sales targets
• Coordinate with the sales team for closures and updates

• Required Skills:
• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
• Strong listening and problem-solving ability
• Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
• Good time management and organizational skills

• Qualifications:
• DATA ENTRY /Computer Operator                                                    
• Schooling from English Medium must
• Good Knowledge of English Vocabulary
• Good Typing Speed Atleast 40 wpm
• Proficient in typing English sentences correctly.
• Computer Knowledge must Word, Office, Excel, Internet
• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage
• Additional Requirements:Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
• Fluency in Hindi and/or English (regional language is a plus)
