We are seeking a motivated and skilled Telecaller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and setting appointments for sales representatives. As a Social Media Marketing , you will be responsible for assisting the marketing team in creating and executing social media campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. You will be working closely with the team to develop and implement effective strategies that promote brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our website. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote our products and services Accurately record customer information and update customer databases Meet daily and weekly call targets Set appointments for sales representatives to meet with potential customers Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues Requirements: Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM software We offer a supportive work environment and opportunities for growth and advancement.
