As a Service Provider, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our customers, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the cinema.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing information about our movies and showtimes.

2. Ensure a Smooth and Efficient Experience: Ensure a smooth and efficient experience for our customers, including managing ticket sales, concessions, and auditoriums.

3. Maintain Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the cinema, including the lobby, auditoriums, restrooms, and concessions area.

4. Manage Concessions: Manage concessions, including operating the point-of-sale system, handling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining inventory levels.

5. Collaborate with Colleagues: Collaborate with colleagues, including other service providers, ushers, and management, to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for our customers.

6. Follow Company Policies and Procedures: Follow company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, safety, and security.
