Telecalling Executive

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller – Concierge Sales to connect with potential customers, explain our concierge shopping service, and convert inquiries into bookings. This is a front-line sales role that plays a key part in driving revenue and customer trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Call leads generated from website, WhatsApp, social media, and referrals
• Explain Yett Concierge service clearly and confidently
• Understand customer shopping needs and recommend the right concierge flow
• Convert inquiries into confirmed concierge bookings

Skills & Requirements

Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English

• Comfortable speaking with customers over phone
• Sales-oriented mindset with strong persuasion skills
• Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp Web, Excel, CRM tools)
• Ability to understand products, categories, and shopping preferences
