Job Description
Lead Generation & Calling: Make outbound calls to assigned leads, explain solar benefits and PM Surya Ghar Yojana, and qualify interested customers.
Customer Engagement: Handle queries professionally, build trust, and convert cold leads into warm leads.
Survey Appointment Booking: Schedule site surveys with eligible customers and coordinate with survey engineers for smooth execution.
Follow-ups & Conversion: Conduct timely follow-ups to move leads from enquiry → survey → proposal → booking.
CRM/Data Management: Update call status, customer details, follow-up timelines, and maintain 100% accuracy in Excel/CRM.
Reporting & Team Coordination: Share qualified leads with the sales team, escalate issues, and submit daily call performance reports.
