Telecalling Executive

Job Summary

A Telecaller Executive is responsible for making outbound and handling inbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products/services, generate leads, fix appointments, and maintain customer relationships. The role requires strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided data.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
• Explain company products/services clearly and effectively.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team (if required).
• Maintain and update customer databases regularly.
• Follow up with customers for feedback or further assistance.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
• Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain proper call records and prepare daily reports.
