Telecalling Executive

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Telecaller to generate leads, follow up with potential clients, and support business growth. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to convert inquiries into business opportunities.

 Responsibilities :-

1:- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote company services/products.

2:- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable solutions.

3:- Generate and qualify leads for the sales.

4:- Schedule meetings or site visits for senior sales executives.

5:- Maintain call records and update customer details in CRM or Excel.

6:- Follow up with interested leads to close deals.

7:- Achieve daily and monthly calling & conversion targets.
