Job Description
Telesales Executive supports the sales team by handling customer coordination, preparing reports, managing documentation, tracking leads, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams. The role focuses on sales support, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records to help achieve business targets.
Responsibilities:
• Outbound & inbound calling
• Explain products/services clearly
• Lead generation & follow-ups
