Telecalling Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Make outbound calls to potential/existing customers or handle inbound inquiries.
• Sales & Lead Generation: Promote products/services, explain offerings, identify needs, and convert calls into sales or qualified leads.
• Information Management: Accurately record customer details, call outcomes, and update CRM systems.
• Problem Solving: Address customer queries, resolve complaints, and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, or monthly call volume and sales goals. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Communication: Excellent verbal skills, clear articulation, and active listening.
• Interpersonal: Persuasiveness, patience, ability to handle rejection, and professionalism.
• Organizational: Good time management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
• Technical: Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
• Education: High school diploma often required; professional training in communication/sales is a plus.
