Whinta! is looking for motivated and confident Telecalling Sales Representatives to join our growing team. If you enjoy talking to people and have a passion for sales, this opportunity is for you.

💼 Job Responsibilities

• Make 60–70 outbound calls per day to potential and existing customers
• Clearly explain company plans and offerings to customers
• Understand customer needs and guide them toward the right plan
• Convert leads into sales and maintain basic call records
• Follow up with interested customers when required

💰 Compensation & Incentives

• Fixed Salary: ₹5,000 per month
• Incentives: 5% commission on every successful sale
• Plan Pricing:
• Monthly plans range from ₹1,000 to ₹2,500
• 6-month and 1-year plans are also available
• High performers can earn attractive monthly incentives in addition to the fixed pay

⏰ Working Hours

• Part-Time Role
• Flexible shift timings (to be discussed during interview)

✅ Requirements

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English or regional language preferred)
• Basic understanding of sales or customer handling
• Ability to stay focused and achieve daily call targets
• Prior telecalling or sales experience is a plus (but not mandatory)
