Job Description
- Key Responsibilities1. Candidate Calling & Recruitment SupportContact seafarers (officers, engineers, ratings) for job opportunities
- Explain job roles, vessel details, and contract terms
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
- 2. Crew CoordinationCommunicate joining details (travel, documentation, reporting dates)
- Coordinate between selected crew members and operations team
- Handle last-minute changes in crew schedules
- 3. Database ManagementMaintain and update crew database (contact details, experience, certifications)
- Record call details, responses, and follow-ups
- 4. Client CommunicationAssist in connecting with ship owners / managers for requirements
- Share candidate availability and updates
- 5. Documentation Follow-upRemind candidates about required documents (CDC, passport, medicals, certificates)
- Ensure timely submission of documents
- 6. Customer Service & Query HandlingHandle inbound calls from seafarers regarding jobs, contracts, or joining
Resolve queries or escalate issues to the concerned department
