Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a female Telecalling Executive with excellent communication skills in English. The candidate should be confident, professional, and able to handle customer conversations effectively.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in telecalling / telesales

Fluent English speaking (mandatory)

Good communication and convincing skills

Basic knowledge of calling and handling customers

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers/leads

Explain products/services clearly

Handle customer queries and follow-ups

Maintain call records and daily reports
