Telecalling Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele-caller to join our team. The Tele-caller will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and converting prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
• Handle inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries.
• Maintain a database of customer information and update call logs
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable product/service information.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while dealing with customers.
• Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department.
• Follow scripts and guidelines during calls.
