• Handle inbound customer calls and resolve their queries professionally.

• Maintain customer database and update information accurately in the system.

• Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.

• Provide detailed information about products, pricing, and offers.

• Record customer feedback and report issues to the supervisor.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
