Telecalling Executive

NCS Solutions is looking for a results-driven Tele Sales Executive to promote and sell Solar Kits to dealers, distributors, EPC contractors, and project customers. The role involves outbound calling, dealer network development, lead follow-up, and order closure.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, target orientation, and basic understanding of solar products or electrical equipment sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Dealer & Distributor Sales

• Generate new dealer leads through cold calling.
• Promote solar kits and share product catalogs/pricing.
• Onboard new dealers and maintain active dealer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets from dealer network.
• Ensure repeat orders and dealer retention.

2. Project Sales Support

• Follow up on project inquiries (commercial, industrial, institutional).
• Collect basic load details (kW requirement).
• Coordinate with technical team for quotations.
• Follow up until order confirmation.
• Maintain proper lead tracking in CRM/Excel.

3. Revenue & Target Achievement

• Achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Maintain defined conversion ratio.
• Increase average order value.
• Support cross-selling and upselling.

4. Reporting & Documentation

• Daily calling report submission.
• Weekly sales summary.
• Maintain customer database.
• Track payment follow-ups with accounts team.
