Job Description:


We are seeking a highly motivated Telecalling Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to introduce our products and services, answer their questions, and ultimately generate sales leads or appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanour, and a passion for achieving targets.


Responsibilities:


1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided script or talking points.

2. Introduce our products and services to potential customers and highlight their benefits and features.

3. Engage potential customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and address any questions or concerns they may have.

4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.

5. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates.

6. Record accurate and detailed notes of all interactions in the CRM system.

7. Follow up with potential leads via phone or email to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.

8. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.

9. Stay informed about our products and services, industry trends, and competitors to effectively communicate with potential customers.


Requirements:


1. Proven experience in telemarketing, telecalling, or sales roles is preferred.

2. Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, persuasive demeanor.

3. Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.

4. Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.

5. A goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

7. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.

8. Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing priorities.

9. Fluent in [specify languages, if necessary].
