Telecalling Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Telecaller who can handle outbound and inbound calls, explain products/services to customers, and generate leads or sales. The candidate should have good communication skills and a polite, convincing tone.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers
• Receive inbound customer calls
• Explain products, offers, and services clearly
• Generate sales leads / orders / appointments
• Maintain call records and customer data
• Follow up with interested customers
• Handle customer queries politely
• Achieve daily/weekly call targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication skills (Hindi / English / local language)
• Basic knowledge of mobile handling & calling apps
• Ability to convince customers
• Polite and professional behavior
• Experience in telecalling/sales is an advantage
