Job Description – Customer Support Associate (UK IVA Process)

Shift Timing: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (UK Process)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: 2 Saturdays Off (Fixed)

Salary: INR12000-INR20000 + Attractive Average Incentives of INR30000

Process: IVA (Individual Voluntary Arrangement)

Role Overview

We are hiring Customer Support Associates for our UK IVA process. The role involves interacting with UK customers, understanding their financial situations, and guiding them toward suitable IVA solutions. Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound/inbound calls to UK customers regarding IVA debt solutions.

Assess customer eligibility based on financial information provided.

Explain IVA program details clearly and professionally.

Maintain accurate call logs and follow process compliance.

Meet daily/weekly targets while ensuring quality standards.

Work efficiently within the fixed 2 PM–11 PM UK shift.

Requirements

Freshers welcome; experience in BPO/UK process is an advantage.

Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).

Basic computer operating skills and familiarity with CRM tools.

Good listening skills, patience, and customer-handling ability.

Comfortable working Monday to Saturday with 2 Saturdays off.
