Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company.
Explain digital marketing services clearly to prospects.
Qualify leads based on need, budget, and timeline.
Schedule sales meetings for the Business Development Manager.
Follow up with warm leads regularly.
Maintain CRM data and call logs accurately.
Skills & Behavioural Expectations
Clear communication in English & Hindi (or regional languages).
Confident phone presence with persuasive ability.
Good understanding of basic marketing terms (SEO, Social Media, Ads, etc.).
Consistency in hitting daily/weekly calling targets.
Professional attitude and reliability.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Basic computer & CRM skills (Google Sheets, Excel, HubSpot/Zoho).
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
Number of calls made per day (80–120 is typical in India).
Number of qualified meetings scheduled.
Conversion rate of calls to meetings.
Lead follow-up compliance.
CRM accuracy.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to schedule meetings with potential clients and assist in lead qualification for our digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to convince prospects on call.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads and explain company services.
Qualify leads based on client requirements, budget, and interest level.
Schedule meetings for the Business Development/Sales Team.
Maintain call logs, lead status, and CRM data accurately.
Follow up with warm leads on a daily/weekly basis.
Meet daily/weekly call targets and monthly meeting targets.
Support the sales team by ensuring leads are well nurtured and prepared.
Requirements:
1–3 years of telecalling or inside sales experience (Digital Marketing preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade and build rapport over the phone.
Basic understanding of digital marketing services is a plus.
Ability to work with CRM tools, Excel, Google Sheets.
