- Handle inbound and outbound telesales calls for IVD products with labs, hospitals, and distributors
- Explain IVD product features, pricing, and promotions to customers
- Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and support order closures
- Maintain accurate customer, sales, and order data in CRM
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and operations teams for order processing
- Prepare daily sales, call, and follow-up reports
