Telesales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telesales Executive to join our team. The role primarily involves reaching out to students over the phone, explaining our educational programs, and guiding them to enroll in suitable batches. The ideal candidate should be able to build trust with students, clearly communicate the value of our programs, and achieve sales targets through consultative selling

1.Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).

2.Prior telesales/telecaller/sales experience preferred (Education industry experience is a plus).

3.Excellent communication and persuasion skills in Hindi & English.

4.Ability to handle rejections, objections, and convert them into sales.

5.Strong relationship-building and trust-building mindset.

6.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM usage)
