Telesales Executive

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our team. The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining our products or services, and converting leads into successful sales. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
• Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets and performance goals.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
• Handle customer complaints or objections and resolve them effectively.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain call logs, reports, and records of interactions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales role (preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
